Withdrawal of Manuscript

The editorial board of JIGC strongly discourages the withdrawal of submitted manuscripts. The submission and peer-review process requires a significant investment of time and effort from our editors, reviewers, and publishing staff.

Therefore, authors are expected to ensure the soundness and originality of their work prior to submission. Requests for manuscript withdrawal after submission are generally not permitted.

In exceptional cases where an author insists on withdrawing a manuscript during the peer-review stage, the journal will impose sanctions. This may result in the blacklisting of the author and their affiliated institution from submitting to JIGC in the future.
