Advertising Policy
Journal of Islamic Guidance and Counseling (JIGC) upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and transparency. JIGC may display advertisements related to academic, scientific, and educational activities that align with the journal’s mission and ethical values.
1. Editorial Independence
Advertising does not influence editorial decisions, peer review, or the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts. All editorial content is entirely independent of commercial or promotional interests.
2. Acceptable Advertisements
JIGC considers advertisements related to education, research, academic conferences, scholarly books, or other activities consistent with the fields of Islamic guidance, counseling, and psychology.
3. Prohibited Advertisements
JIGC does not accept advertisements that are contrary to Islamic ethics and values; misleading, deceptive, or discriminatory; or promoting commercial products unrelated to the journal’s scope.
4. Placement and Identification
All advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content and labeled as “Advertisement” or “Sponsored.”
5. Responsibility and Liability
Advertisers are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their materials. JIGC does not endorse or guarantee any advertised product or service.
6. Review and Approval
All advertising materials are subject to review and approval by the JIGC editorial office to ensure compliance with ethical and academic standards. JIGC reserves the right to reject, remove, or request modification of any advertisement that violates this policy.
