Withdrawal of Manuscript

The Editorial Board of the Journal of Information Systems and Computing (JISCO) strongly discourages the withdrawal of submitted manuscripts. The submission, peer review, and editorial processes require a substantial investment of time and effort from editors, reviewers, and publishing staff.
Authors are therefore expected to ensure the originality, validity, and ethical compliance of their manuscripts prior to submission.
Requests for manuscript withdrawal after submission are generally not permitted.
In exceptional cases where an author insists on withdrawing a manuscript during the peer-review process, the journal reserves the right to impose sanctions, including temporary or permanent restrictions on future submissions from the author and/or their affiliated institution.
