Advertising Policy

The Journal of Information Systems and Computing (JISCO) upholds the highest standards of academic integrity, editorial independence, and transparency in all its publishing activities. JISCO may display advertisements related to academic, scientific, and educational activities, provided that they align with the journal’s mission, scope, and ethical standards.

1. Editorial Independence

Advertising does not influence editorial decisions, the peer review process, or the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts. All editorial content is fully independent of commercial or promotional interests.

2. Acceptable Advertisements

JISCO considers advertisements related to:

  • Education and academic training,

  • Scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops,

  • Scholarly books, journals, and academic resources,

  • Software tools or services relevant to information systems, information technology, and computer science.

3. Prohibited Advertisements

JISCO does not accept advertisements that are:

  • Contrary to academic and professional ethics,

  • Misleading, deceptive, discriminatory, or unlawful,

  • Promoting commercial products or services unrelated to the journal’s scope.

4. Placement and Identification

All advertisements must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content and labeled as “Advertisement” or “Sponsored”.

5. Responsibility and Liability

Advertisers are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their materials. JISCO does not endorse or guarantee any advertised product or service.

6. Review and Approval

All advertising materials are subject to review and approval by the JISCO Editorial Board. JISCO reserves the right to reject, remove, or request modification of any advertisement that violates this policy.
