THE EFFECT OF ECONOMIC GROWTH AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX ON SOCIAL CONFLICTS IN JAMBI PROVINCE FROM 2010 TO 2024

This study aimed to: (1) Analyze that the Economic Growth’s has a positive and significant effect on social conflicts in Jambi Province (2) Analyze that the Human Development Index (HDI) has a positive and significant effect on social conflicts in Jambi Province. (3) Know that which factors are the most dominant influencing on social conflicts in Jambi Province.The results showed that simultaneously the Economic Growth’s and The Human Development Index had a positive and significant effect on social conflicts in Jambi Province between 2010 and 2024. Partially the economic growth’s did not have a significant positive effect on social conflicts in Jambi Province. While the Human Development Index (HDI) had a positive and significant effect on social conflicts in Jambi Province. The dominant influencing factor was the Human Development Index (HDI).
