Baitul Hikmah: Journal of Library and Information Science Volume 17, Number 1, 2025 presents six scholarly articles that explore the dynamics of academic library management within Islamic higher education in the digital era. This edition highlights the transformation of information services, the strengthening of knowledge management, and digital innovations that support academic quality enhancement at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The first article discusses opportunities for innovation in knowledge management through the development of the iPustaka digital library to support organizational growth. The second article emphasizes the role of the university library as a center for knowledge and innovation in supporting the Tri Dharma of higher education. The third article examines the development of the Digital Library (Digilib) as a structured system for documenting student academic works. The fourth article evaluates the effectiveness of the student internship program at the university library. The fifth article investigates the utilization of Islamic religious books by library users. The final article discusses the implementation of academic library management in increasing students’ reading interest. Overall, this edition underscores the need for academic libraries to continuously adapt to technological advancements, strengthen information literacy, and play an active role in fostering an innovative, collaborative, and competitive academic ecosystem in the digital age.
