Today more and more Islamic religious foundations are popping up not only in the realm of Islamic educational institutions or da'wah institutions but have penetrated other fields including healthcare institutions such as hospitals. In Purwokerto itself there are several hospitals established by Islamic foundations, one of which is the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital (RSI). This is of particular interest to find out the uniqueness of hospitals established by Islamic religious foundations, including the service aspect in relation to the spiritual values applied therein. RSI Purwokerto itself uses one of the verses of the Koran as the philosophy that underlies the hospital and all its service processes, namely the letter Asy-Syu'ara verse 80 which means if I am sick, only He can heal me. Therefore, in this study, researchers are trying to explore how to implement this verse in the process of health services at RSI Purwokerto. This qualitative research was carried out by directly observing RSI Purwokerto, conducting interviews, and reviewing documentation of RSI Purwokerto. The study focused on the Islamic Spiritual Guidance Division which holds religious authority and responsibility at RSI Purwokerto. From this study, it was found that the letter asy-Syu'ara verse 80 is applied in the health services of the Purwokerto Islamic Hospital in various ways, including providing Islamic motivation to patients, inviting patients always to expect healing to be given by Allah SWT, broadcasting Islamic studies for patients and employees and so on.
