The Scope of Tabayyun are:

• Dakwah: Historical (Classical and Contemporary), sociological, anthropological, and psychological approaches of Dakwah.
• Islamic Communication: Practical, theories and comparative studies of Communication in Muslim Society
• Dakwah of Islamic Institution: Islamic Institution Issues, Islamic movements, Dakwa and Islamic politics.
• Dakwah and Muslim Society Issues: Dakwah and human rights, Dakwah and Gender, Dakwah and environmental issues, Dakwah and contemporary issues boundaries. 
• Islamic Figure on Dakwah: Ulama and his contribution to Dakwah, the epistemology of Dakwah.
• Dakwah contain Quran and Hadis: Methods, Quranic exegesis, hermeneutic, Quranic philology, living Qur’an, and Qur’an digital studies.
