Abstract

Thisarticle constructs environmental problems realized as economic and technical problem. For while at last decade of social dimension and environmental problems like public attention and society attitude to environment become one from environmental sosiology domain and environmental psychology. In this case environmental behavior of society and behavior of enviromental effect and ecology have been investigated in nations go forward and developing countries during some last decade.
