Financial technology (fintech) represents technological innovations in financial services that facilitate transactions such as payments, investments, and online loans. In parallel, financial inclusion emphasizes the importance of safe, affordable, and beneficial access to formal financial services for both individuals and business actors. The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) including those in Bungo Regency, Jambi Province, is driven by the contribution of these two crucial aspects, as reflected in the fluctuation of MSME numbers during the 2019 – 2023 period, with the highest achievement recorded in 2022. Despite their importance, previous studies have shown mixed results regarding the impact of fintech and financial inclusion on MSMEs, indicating the need for further empirical evidence. This study aims to analyze the influence of fintech and financial inclusion on MSME development in Bungo Regency. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were obtained from 90 MSME actors selected through purposive sampling and collected via an online questionnaire. The findings reveal that fintech has a positive and significant effect on MSME development (p = 0.002 < 0.05), while financial inclusion also exerts a positive and significant effect (p = 0.006 < 0.05). Silmutaneously, both variables significantly affect MSMEs (F-test, p = 0.000 < 0.05). There results underscore fintech and financial inclusion as strategic drivers for enhancing competitiveness and fostering MSME growth in the region.
