Analisis Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Akses Permodalan Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan UMKM Kuliner Di Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine  human resource quality and access capital on financial performance of UMKM kuliner at Bengkulu City. The research method used is a correlational approach, which is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The sample in the study UMKM kuliner at namely Singaran Pati sub-district and Gading Cempaka sub-district in Bengkulu City, with a total of 120 respondents. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method and  analysis methode used  clasical consist  (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and model feasibility (Ttes, Ftes and coefficient of determination test). T-test produced  Quality of human resources with a t-value of 1.674 with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05 which means there is a significant influence of human resource quality on the financial performance of  UMKM Kuliner at Bengkulu City with a coefficient value of 0.218, this also shows that the quality of human resources on the financial performance of UMKM kuliner in Bengkulu City has a low and positive influence. Access to capital on the financial performance of UMKM kuliner in Bengkulu City with a t-value of 2.546 and a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, a regression coefficient value of 0.249 is obtained. F-test result  F-value of 1461.331 with the test produced a p-value of 0.003 <0.05, indicating statistical significance, this proves that simultaneously there is an influence of the variables of human resource quality, access to capital on the financial performance of UMKM kuliner at Bengkulu City.
