Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Laba dan Kepemilikan Manajerial Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Sektor Pertambangan

Abstract

The mining sector in Indonesia plays a crucial position at national financial growth. Abundance of natural resources places Indonesia as a major producer of mining materials such as coal, gold, nickel, and copper. Research purpose is for analyzing impact profit growth also managerial ownership on company value in the mining sector listed on the BEI during 2019–2023 periodic. Data collection technique at research is through documentation techniques by gathering data from company's official website. With a sample of 15 mining sector companies which same as indicators. Reseatrch utilizes a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Outcomes of study reveal profit growth has significant effect to company value. Conversely, managerial ownership does not have significant effect to company value, which created by the low proportion shares owned by management, so that it has not been able to provide sufficient incentives make it same as interests managers also shareholders.
