ANALISIS BIAYA PRODUKSI DALAM PENENTUAN HARGA JUAL SATE EDDY DI KOTA JAMBI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the production costs of Sate Eddy in Jambi City and determine the optimal selling price. This study uses the full costing method to calculate the production costs of Sate Eddy. The results of the study indicate that the production costs of Sate Eddy in Jambi City are influenced by the cost of raw materials, labor costs, and overhead costs. The optimal selling price of Sate Eddy in Jambi City is IDR 18,000 per portion. This study can help Sate Eddy entrepreneurs in Jambi City in determining the optimal selling price and increasing profits.  The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the production costs of Sate Eddy in Jambi City have a significant relationship with the selling price of Sate Eddy. The higher the production costs, the higher the selling price of Sate Eddy.
