This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of accounting literacy and job market considerations on accounting students' interest in working in Islamic financial institutions. The population in this study were active students of the 2021/2020 Islamic Accounting Undergraduate Study Program studying at the State Islamic University of Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jaambi. Based on these criteria, 56 respondents were obtained, of which 50 respondents were data that could be processed. The results of the study showed that partially accounting literacy had no influence on accounting students' interest in working in Islamic financial institutions, while job market considerations had an influence on accounting students' interest in working in Islamic financial institutions. Simultaneously, Accounting Literacy and job market considerations, ' interest in working in Islamic financial institutions.
