Society views this attribute negatively because one of them is the actions of terrorists, suicide bombers and others, who carry out their actions using a niqab or sirwal. So this study aims to explore the experiences of the niqab and sirwal users in the private sphere, such as the family and the public sphere in society. To see these two contexts, this study uses the perspective of power relations theory from Michel Foucault and the Stigma concept from Erving Goffman. Meanwhile, methodologically, this study uses a qualitative approach to explore the experiences of the niqab and sirwal users. The findings in this study are that women who wear the niqab in power relations with their parents experience discrimination and social control regarding their attributes. In contrast to sirwal users, who are more liberated by their families in using attributes. Meanwhile, in the public sphere, niqab women again experienced verbal harassment from the public, unlike sirwal, who never experienced harassment. In this case, a woman wearing a niqab is verbally abused not only because she wears a niqab but because she is a woman who is considered inferior in a patriarchal society. In addition, in this case, niqab women experience double discrimination in private and public spaces.</p>2024-07-15T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 2023https://e-journal.lp2m.uinjambi.ac.id/ojp/index.php/Kontekstualita/article/view/1920Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Kapabilitas Pemasaran dan Kinerja UKM di Provinsi DKI Jakarta: Peran Religiousitas sebagai Pemoderasi2023-07-09T02:53:21+00:00Ryna Parlynasilfia.hanani@iainbukittinggi.ac.idPerengki Susantoperengki.susanto@unp.ac.idAbror Abrorabror@gmail.comArif Marsalarifm@gmail.com<p>This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and capability marketing on the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in DKI Jakarta Province with religiosity as moderator. The people of Lombok before Islam had a strong tradition of spirituality, including animism. The arrival of Islam brought with it the tradition of Sufism and tarekat, which emphasized inner appreciation and closeness to Allah. The Nahdlatul Wathan Hizib Tarekat was founded by Maulana Shaykh TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid in 1964, emerged as a modern order (neo-Sufism) that acted as an agent of social and religious change. This institute integrates sharia and Sufism, tawhid and dhikr, as the path to God. Through the practice of dhikr and wirid, this institute facilitates psychiatric experiences such as fana' and kasyaf, which are the core of Sufism teachings. This study examines how the Nahdlatul Wathan Hizib Tarekat as an organization (jam'iyyah), uses the inner appreciation method to encourage positive changes in society. The institute not only focuses on individual spirituality, but also contributes to social development through a balanced approach between religious practice and community life.</p>2025-02-27T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2023 2023
