Abstract

Abstract: From a humanistic perspective, it is possible to conclude that segments are an important part of Islamic educational organizations or institutions. The organization comprises different functions that must be carried out and are closely related to human community activities with a different flow. The aim is to revive a sense of humanity and aspire to a better life. According to this theory, the function of leadership is to organize human freedom and fulfill all human needs through the interaction of leaders with the people or social environment by referring to three main variables: paying attention to the conscience of the people with all their hopes, needs, and abilities; organizing so that it can be relevant to the interests of the people and government; and building close, harmonious interaction between the government and the people to build unity and integrity and live in peace. This research uses the developmental method to investigate the sequence and pattern of growth or change. The subjects of this study were our school's principal and deputy principal, namely SMP Negeri 7 Sampit in Eka Bahurui village, Sampit city, East Kotawaringin district, Central Kalimantan province.
